Wendy Gail Osborne passed away on October 22nd, of heart and lung failure, after a long illness. She passed while receiving compassionate care at Evergreen Hospice House in Albany. Wendy was born in Visalia, California on February 13, 1977 joining her parents, William Andrew Adams and Myrna Gail Adams, and her older brother, Andrew Alan Adams, now residents of Seal Rock, Oregon. She married Jack Lee Osborne in Visalia in 1966. They had two children, Jack Lee Osborne II, now 21 and Stormy Gail Osborne, now 19. Wendy divorced after the birth of their second child. She then spent 12 devoted years with Kenne Hunt, who stayed by her bedside til death. Wendy worked as a loving and caring caregiver at: Sea Aire Assisted living in Yachats, Oceanview Senior Living in Newport and for Senior Disabilities Services in Toledo, Oregon. She also cared for several of her friends on her time. She was baptized by The Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints. Wendy was soothed by the spiritual blessings from the Waldport Branch, especially by Brother White. Wendy loved her family and especially loved spending time with her children and cooking holiday meals, just like her Grandma Adams cooked. Wendy frequently expressed her gratitude for the care given her over the past 2 years by: Seal Rock Fire and Rescue, Pacific West Ambulance, Lincare in Lincoln City, Emergency room and Intensive Care Unit at Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport and lastly, Evergreen Hospice House, Albany. Wendy is survived by her family in Seal Rock, her parents, brother and children and many loving relatives in Visalia, California. In lieu of flowers, contact South Lincoln Resources.
