Taft bats can’t save double header

The Tiger bats, including No. 17 Kaden Hindman swung hard but came up short in a Friday double-header against No. 4-ranked Warrenton. Warrenton edged Taft 3-2 in Game One, and checked a late-game rally by the Tigers to win the finale’, 7-5. Both games delivered colorful pitching duels with Eli DeMello (LP) and Trenton Fisher taking turns at the mound for Taft in the first game and game-faced Bleize Kimbrough (above right) going the distance in the second.
