Roadstand taking its toll on winless Siletz Valley Warriors

SILETZ — Once again, the Siletz Valley Warriors will hit the road searching for their first win of the football season. Friday’s game, against Horizon Christian, will be the Warrior’s third of four straight road games. The first two games on the road has been difficult for the Warrior — they’ve given up an average of 56 points while only scoring 16 total points in those games. “We are struggling on our blocking, our offense hasn’t had much of a chance to get going,” said Head Coach Reggie Butler Jr. “Defense, we are sitting back too much and not attacking. Those are two major things in football that we aren’t doing.”
