Psychic medium coming to PAC

Daniel Monroe, a psychic medium from the Portland area, is coming to the Newport Performing Arts Center on Friday, Sept. 13. Doors open at 6 p.m., and Monroe will take the stage at 7 p.m.

Monroe is billed as having the ability to “hear” and “see” that which most cannot. He asks people to let him help them understand and receive answers to questions that may linger in their minds so that they can heal their heart. As with any gallery reading, not everyone is guaranteed a direct reading, however, Monroe says the spirit does “piggy back,” meaning there can be messages encoded in the readings that at any moment people hear a message that rings true in their heart.

At the age of 17, Monroe said he took himself out from his surroundings and found his true self, as well as his full potential as a psychic medium. Now, at only 22 years old, he has helped not only himself, but more than 1,500 people reconnect with their loved ones by validations and bringing peace and understanding. Monroe has dedicated himself to help as many people he can, whether it is by reconnecting with a departed loved ones or by hearing his story and finding comfort and peace within.

Tickets are $20 for general admission and $30 for VIP seating. They can can be purchased at, by calling 541-265-2787, or during normal business hours at the PAC, located at 777 W Olive St. in Newport.
