Newport Police Department

Ronald William Troughton, 40, Newport, was arrested for failing to appear on a criminal citation. 

Jose Antonio Carrio Colomo, 38, Eugene, was arrested after a warrant was issued following an indictment. 

 

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Newport Police Department

Shiloh Eugene Preston, 43, Newport, was arrested on charges of failure to appear after a warrant was issued. 

 

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Newport Police Department

Kyle Scott Herbison, 26, Tidewater, was arrested for violating parole after a warrant was issued.

 

Thursday, Sept. 26

Lincoln County Jail Register

Cory Thomas Colwell was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $15,000 bail. 

Antonio Manuel Martinez was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on charges of criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license, resisting arrest, attempting to elude police, reckless driving and one drug-related charge. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $145,000 bail. 

David Wayne Miller was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft in the first degree, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing constituting domestic abuse and one drug-related charge. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $80,000 bail. 

Alfred Calvin Moss III was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail for unlawful use of a weapon. No bail was set as of Friday morning. 

Ethan John Park was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of burglary in the first degree, two counts of theft in the second degree, four counts of theft in the first degree and three counts of failure to appear in the first degree. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $350,000 bail. 

Sonya Rae Foster was arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department for a parole violation. She was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail and no bail was listed as of Friday morning. 

 

Lincoln City Police Department

Michael Scott Gates, 56, was arrested on multiple warrants out of the Salem Police Department for trespassing. Gates was discovered in Lincoln City shoplifting at Safeway. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail, but did not appear on the Lincoln County Jail Log Friday morning. 

Carol Ann Wolfe, 65, was cited and released outside a private home on charges of harassment. 

 

Friday, Sept. 27

Lincoln County Jail Register

Jason Ryan Crnogorac was arrested by the Newport Police Department on charges of escape in the third degree and one drug-related charge. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $65,000 bail. 

Nicholas Anthony Yelm was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft in the first degree. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 bail. 

 

Saturday, Sept. 28

Lincoln County Jail Register

Brandon James Sutherland, 34, was arrested at Coin 24 Hour Laundry by the Lincoln City Police Department on charges of being a fugitive from another state after authorities discovered a warrant for his arrest from Gem County, Idaho. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Edgar Calmo was arrested by the Newport Police Department for reckless driving and a drug-related charge. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $30,000 bail. 

Edwin Mitchell Ferguson was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 bail. 

Colton McKenzie Moeller was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of harassment, assaulting a public safety officer, resisting arrest, interfering with a peace officer and coercion. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $100,000 bail. 

Penny Rae Debriae was arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department for hit-and-run and a drug-related charge. She was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $30,000 bail. 

Carla Ann Smith was arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department for criminal trespass in the second degree. She was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $7,500 bail. 

Nicole Elizabeth Violet was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for failure to carry or present an operating license and criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license. She was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $22,500 bail.

Shawn Patrick Ogle was arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department on a charge of criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $2,500 bail. 

Christopher Lauren Willis was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to appear in the second degree, disorderly conduct in the second degree and harassment. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $25,000 bail.
