PAC offers options for ‘Alice’ ticket holders

Red Octopus Theatre Company’s April production, ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,’ has been rescheduled to open Jan. 22, 2021. For those who have already purchased tickets, the Newport Performing Arts Center (PAC), where the company is set to perform, is offering three options.

The first option is to request a refund. The PAC will offer full refunds, including box office fees. The second is to donate the ticket to OCCA.

The third option is to hold on to that ticket and use it during the rescheduled run in 2021 — ticket holders must notify the box office of when they wish to use their ticket.

To take any of these actions, ticket holders must call the PAC box office at 541-265-2787 or contact OCCA by email at [email protected]

If the PAC does not hear from a ticket holder, their ticket will automatically be applied to the corresponding night in the new run. For example, if the ticket was purchased for the original opening night, it will be applied to the Jan. 22 opening performance.
