ODOT tree removal on Alsea Highway at Tidewater

The Oregon Department of Transportation advises that travelers using Highway 34 between mileposts 11 and 22 should expect to encounter a hazard tree removal project beginning Monday, Jan. 4. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the project is expected to last approximately six weeks, with estimated delays of up to 20 minutes.

Flaggers will control the movement of traffic through the work zone. Where traffic is routed through or around a work zone, pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will also be provided routes through or around the work zone.
