Advantage Real Estate welcomes two new brokers to its team: Cristina Kartsioukas and Bridgette Boekhout.
Kartsioukas had visited the Oregon coast frequently over the past decade, knowing for quite some time that Newport was where she wanted to be.
“Always an Oregonian at heart, I feel at home,” said Kartsioukas. “The healing properties of being near the coast, along with the amount of cultural offerings available in our community, including art, music, scientific, nature-related and culinary realms, make Lincoln County a truly special place to live. I cannot think of a better place to be working in the field of real estate.”
After studying art and art history at Rhode Island School of Design and San Francisco State University, Kartsioukas gained a varied employment background in art, customer service and business-related fields. “From those I carry a variety of skills necessary in the real estate industry: listening, communicating, multi-tasking, advocating, and being accommodating,” she said. “I take great pride in familiarizing myself with your needs to represent you in this process. Whether it be to answer questions, represent you as a seller, or represent you as a buyer by finding the right home, investment property, or land to suit your needs, I am happy to assist. My honesty and integrity will be your allies throughout the process.”
Kartsioukas also said she is grateful to be surrounded by a talented group of real estate professionals at Advantage Real Estate from a variety of backgrounds, who all carry a unique set of talents both in and out of the office.
Apart from the office, she enjoys spending time engaged in her art practice and is actively engaged in the local arts community. “I enjoy taking my highly energetic 12-year-old rescue dog, Thelonious, on walks and to the beach, (and) I am also working in the holistic health and wellness field,” she added.
Kartsioukas can be contacted directly at 541-270-6986 or [email protected].
Boekhout is an Oregon native who grew up in Eugene and is now enjoying life on the Oregon coast. Both she and her husband are beach lovers — him being an avid surfer, while she enjoys the tranquility of having her toes in the sand and listening to the waves.
“We feel so lucky to be able to raise our family in one of the most beautiful places in the country, and our beach-dog couldn't be happier,” Boekhout said.
Boekhout fell in love with the real estate industry when she bought her first house in Portland. “I've always been drawn to the architecture, story and history of what each property brings, so helping people find their dream home is such an honor,” she said.
Having worked in the veterinary field as a nurse for almost 15 years prior to this, she learned the value of honesty, integrity and loyalty.
“I am dedicated to putting my clients first, and going above and beyond your expectations will be my priority,” said Boekhout. “Whether you are looking to buy, sell or simply ask questions, I'd love to help you in any way I can."
Boekhout can be contacted directly by calling or texting 503-360-7468 or emailing [email protected].
