LINCOLN CITY — Bruce Polvi is proof that tenacity and timing are keys to business success at the Oregon coast, where the fast buck is practically non-existent. The recent construction of a two level, 9,000-square-foot professional office complex at 1330 Southeast Ninth Street is the culmination of Polvi’s patient strategy, which began 27 years ago with the 1991 purchase and subsequent remodeling of the abandoned Oregon Willamette Lumber yard and building.
