Lincoln County Jail Log

Raven Caleb Hatfield was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on charges of burglary in the first degree and several drug-related charges. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $500,000 bail. 

Kevin Kelly Hogan was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal mischief in the second degree and reckless driving. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $45,000 bail. 

Nels Russell Madsen, 29, Stevenson, Wash., was arrested by the Oregon State Police on charges of reckless endangering, reckless driving and attempting to elude police. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $145,000 bail. 

Christopher Martin Phipps was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and several drug-related charges. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 bail. 

Daniel Robert Rayos was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on charges of unlawful use of a weapon. No bail was listed as of Wednesday morning. 

Nicholas James Reid was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempting to elude police, possession of a stolen vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $75,000 bail. 

 

Wednesday, Aug. 28

Lincoln County Jail Log

Larry Keith Phillips was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on charges of theft in the first degree. No bail was listed as of Thursday morning. 

Brandon Franklin Pruett was arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department on charges of sexual abuse in the first degree, interfering with making a report and possession of a stolen vehicle. The car was reportedly stolen from Stayton, according to Lincoln City Police. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $65,000 bail. 

Shereen Renee Rolen was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of theft in the second degree. She was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on $20,000 bail. 

 

Lincoln City Police Department

Courtney Bellmore, 22, was cited for contempt of court out of Philomath and released on site outside the Little Antique Mall in Lincoln City.
